With the announcement of the live acts, the lineup is not yet complete; audiences can soon expect new headliners and additional content to round out this year’s festival edition.

Freshwave Festival has officially announced its live acts lineup for this year’s festival, which will be held from August 6th to 8th at the Kastel Fortress in Banjaluka. Some of the biggest and most current regional acts are heading to the festival stages: Grše, Buč Kesidi, Zoster, Let 3, Vojko V, Z++, and Elemental.

By announcing its live program, Freshwave Festival confirms this year’s festival concept, “Enter the Nexus,” through which it aims to further connect different music genres, generations of audiences, and the energies of the regional scene. This is exactly why the lineup brings together a fusion of alternative rock, hip-hop, indie sound, electronic influences, and crossover artists who have been defining the contemporary regional music scene for years.

One of the most sought-after regional hip-hop names, Grše, arrives at Kastel after a series of sold-out performances across the region, while Buč Kesidi will bring their signature concert energy to the audience, cementing their status as one of the most important bands of the new generation.

The lineup also features Mostar’s Zoster, a band that has held a special place on the regional scene for years thanks to their authentic sound and powerful, socially conscious lyrics. Alongside them, the well-known Let 3 will once again confirm their status as one of the most provocative and energetic live acts in the region.

Audiences can also look forward to performances by Vojko V and Z++, artists who have defined the new era of regional hip-hop and trap music, while Elemental will bring their recognizable blend of rap, funk, and socially engaged lyrics.

With this announcement, Freshwave once again proves the continuous growth of the festival, which is further expanding its concept this year to become the central meeting point for various musical genres, offering the audience a unique experience that transcends genre boundaries.

“The Nexus represents a point of connection, a place where music, people, and ideas meet. Through this lineup, Freshwave is showcasing that very festival philosophy. They added that with the announcement of these live acts, the lineup is not yet final, and that audiences can soon expect new major names and additional content that will complete this year’s festival experience.

Freshwave Festival has been held since 2012 and is today considered one of the most significant music festivals in Southeast Europe, gathering thousands of visitors from the country, the region, and abroad.
