“Sound Embassy Rooftop” is getting Banjaluka up on its feet on June 7th
The ambiance of the Dom Omladine rooftop is sure to be a perfect scene, above the city, with music blasting from 8pm to 3am.
The rooftop of “Dom Omladine” in Banjaluka is becoming the epicenter of the urban scene on June 7th ,when “Sound Embassy Rooftop” will make sure to connect the strongest sounds with the pulsating energy of the city – all that at a height that promises an unforgettable night.
At a time in which the usual party spaces have become predictable, “Sound Embassy Rooftop” is bringing us a concept connecting the urban heart of the city with some world caliber sounds, and all of that is happening high above the rules of pavements.
The heart of the event will be Jay Lumen, a DJ and producer from Hungary, whose name is, and understandably so, on posters of some of the biggest european clubs and festivals. His style, combining techno, tech house and house, is famous for its energy, groove and melodic lines, moving the audience with no sign of stopping. His performances are not merely DJ sets- they are rides to remember.
Three big regional names will be there, supporting the main artist:
Dj Jock, famous for his uncompromising techno approach, Vuk Vukosavljevic, a Banjaluka favorite with a remarkably recognizable selection, and Machado, the representation of a new, ever growing generation of artists.
This combo – a raw city ambiance, the panoramic view of the city and strong beats, has been marking the night life of big cities for years now, and it’s time for Banjaluka to enter the equation, with an event that’s sure to kick off the summer in style.
Tickets are priced at 15KM, and they will be available from May 30th at Hogwarts Pub in the city center, Bana Milosavljevica 12, Banjaluka.
The ambiance of the Dom Omladine rooftop is sure to be a perfect scene, above the city, with music blasting from 8pm to 3am. Sound Embassy Rooftop is an overture to an even bigger event coming our way- The Fresh Wave festival, which will be held from august 7th to augusgt 9th at Kastel Fortress.
“This is not just an announcement, this is an event that stands on its own, belonging to everyone that knows that the most beautiful nights, are the ones that are different”, said the Freshwave organisers. Freshwave is, through this event, once again confirming its role in shaping the contemporary music scene of Banjaluka, creating a platform that brings together artists, the audience and the culture of contemporary sound.
The party is organized as part of the “Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans” (CC4WBs) project, funded by the European Union. The project aims to foster dialogue in the Western Balkans by strengthening the cultural and creative sectors to increase their socio-economic impact. Over a 48-month period, CC4WBs seeks to enhance the performance of the region’s creative industries by developing skills, knowledge, and access to financial support – promoting competitiveness, sustainable co-productions, and the circulation of cultural goods and services throughout the Western Balkans.
