Freshwave 2024 started last night!

Unforgettable performances by regional pop stars Who See and Tzunami Flo, as well as performances by the famous nines 999999999 and the Tokyo duo Drunken Kong, as well as over 30 other performers, started the new, twelfth edition of the Freshwave Festival at the Banja Luka Fortress Kastel!

More than a hundred performers will perform on six festival stages in three festival days from August 1 to 3, and tonight, among others, Z++, Vojko V. and the fantastic duo Adana Twins will perform, while due to unresolved administrative problems with issuing passports, despite per the assurances of his management team, he will not join Hot Since 82 but promises to hang out at the first upcoming Freshwave event.

A special event awaits us tonight, considering that longtime friend of the festival Vojko Vrućina aka Vojko V aka King of Boys aka Here I come again has accepted a lifelong residency at the Freshwave festival! Joining the performers for this year’s edition of the festival is well-known regional name Andrew Meller.

We remind you that on the city’s “Our beach” Sitara on the left bank of Vrbas in the Banja Luka neighborhood of Srpske, today is a warm-up before the festival evening at Kastel Fortress, completely free for all visitors, and expect performances by regional artists that we will certainly listen to at the twelfth edition of the Freshwave festival.

On the occasion of the new edition of the festival, in the festival camp next to the ramparts of Kastel fortress, on the left bank of the Vrbas river, there is an unusual atmosphere designed for complete enjoyment and as the epicenter of the best festival content. Everyone with a 3-day festival ticket can stay at the Freshwave 2024 festival camp completely free of charge.
