Nirvana – new festival stage at Freshwave2023!
We continue the occupation of Castle Castle with a brand new stage! The "Nirvana" festival stage will gather at the upcoming Freshwave, from August 10 - 12, at the Banja Luka fortress Kastel, some of the most desirable regional and world psitrance DJs!
The eleventh edition of the Freshwave Festival continues to reveal new stages to the audience, and we are especially proud of the Nirvana stage, where the following performers will perform in the three festival days, from August 10 to 12, at the Banja Luka: Kala, Damzah, Laughing Buddha, Anakin Psywalker, Strider, Phantasm, Many-eyed, Manda, Zarma, Resonant, Edgisnare, Psychomental, Ultimate Experience.
Psytrance is a genre of electronic trance music characterized by hypnotic arrangements of synthetic rhythms and complex, layered melodies created by high-tempo riffs. It was established as a subgenre of Goa trance in the 90s of the last century. Under the diverse influence of musical names such as Laurent Garnier, New Order, KLF or Kraftwerk and spectacular remix releases, psytrance has spawned numerous artists and a million army of fans worldwide. There should be no doubt that a three-day psytrance spectacle awaits us on the Nirvana stage and an experience worthy of the best memories of this summer!
