Final lineup: From global techno icons to regional stars
With over 50 artists, spread throughout five unique stages, Freshwave will gather together names representing the very top of the global electronic music scene, as well as regional hip hop legends
Freshwave festival, which is being held from Aug 7th to Aug 9th at Kastel fortress in Banjaluka, announced its final lineup and once again confirmed its status as the largest regional festival event of the summer. With over 50 artists, spread throughout five unique stages, Freshwave will gather together names representing the very top of the global electronic music scene, as well as regional hip hop legends, promising three unforgettable festival days, filled with top notch music, adrenaline and an atmosphere to be remembered.
Nicole Moudaber, a world renowned techno star, is having her Banjaluka debut, bringing along her recognizable sound and explosive energy. Famous for her intense sets and top notch productions, Moudaber has positioned herself as one of the most influential artists of today. Her performance will be one of the highlights of the festival. Joining her are Berlin’s very own techno sensation, Kobosil, french producer Pablo Bozzi with his recognizable retro futuristic sound, famous bulgarian DJ Pavel Petrov as well as Aiden, a powerful name of the techno scene skillfully combining industrial, hardcore and schranz elements.
This year, Freshwave festival is bringing you the best and the brightest artists of the regional scene. Kastel Fortress will be shaking along to the beats of Split’s famous rapper Vojko V, the iconic Beogradski Sindikat, the legendary Bad Copy, Zagreb’s very own trap star Hiljson Mandela, the experienced underground stars Prti Bee Gee, as well as the rap duo Kranksvester from Osijek. With their famous hits, these artists will give the audience the atmosphere and the energy which can only be found at Freshwave.
Along with other regional electronic music performers, Mladen Tomic, Nebs Jack, Sinisa Tamamovic and internationally recognized Gipsy soul and Forest people will give you performances which will raise the temperature of the festival atmosphere even more.
A special event is going to open this years’ Freshwave: the spectacular Red Bull FMX Jam, an adrenaline filled freestyle motocross show which will happen on Aug 7th. The audience will have the chance to witness unbelievable acrobatics and tricks high up in the air. The whole spectacle will be accompanied by top notch production, impressive light shows and pyrotechnics.
