Freshwave Festival Lineup Complete: Recondite and Patrice Bäumel Finalize the Cast at Kastel Fortress

This year’s edition of Freshwave Festival has officially completed its lineup with the addition of two major names from the global electronic music scene. German live performer Recondite and acclaimed DJ and producer Patrice Bäumel are the latest artists to join the festival.

With the announcement of these two acts, Freshwave has finalized an impressive and genre-diverse lineup that will take over Kastel Fortress this summer, confirming one of the strongest festival programs in the region.

German artist Recondite brings to Banja Luka his distinctive live performance, meticulously crafted and recognized by audiences around the world. Over the past decade, he has developed a unique sonic identity that blends melodic textures, subtle elements, and atmospheric soundscapes. He is known for releases on influential labels such as Innervisions, Ghostly, and his own Plangent Records. His live performances are regarded as deeply emotional musical journeys, shaped in real time by the energy and response of the audience rather than following a predetermined set.

Meanwhile, Patrice Bäumel, one of the most respected figures on Amsterdam’s club scene, is renowned for his infectious energy and signature sound. His releases on prestigious labels including Afterlife, Kompakt, and Get Physical are regularly featured in the sets of the world’s leading DJs, while his performance at Kastel Fortress promises an outstanding open-air club experience.

With the artist selection now finalized, the full program for this year’s festival is officially confirmed, bringing together world-class electronic music stars, major regional live acts, and a strong local lineup.

Alongside the latest additions, audiences on the main stages will enjoy performances by international artists including Coeus, Denis Sulta, Fiona Kraft, Sam Paganini, and Sébastien Léger.

Fans of harder electronic sounds and the regional club scene can look forward to performances by Mene, Mladen Tomić, Nebs Jack, and Siniša Tamamović, while the live music program features an exceptionally strong regional lineup including Buč Kesidi, Elemental, Grše, Let 3, Vojko V, Z++, and Zoster.

The festival program will also feature numerous local and regional artists, including Coa, De Funk, Doel, Fratello, Hototo, Ice Axe, Ivan Z, Ladjarsky, Jan Frost, Luka Cikić, Machado, Mekhu, Milensi, Milhøuse, Naab, Nigel, Red Nine, Rikaya, S.A.B.R.I, Stefan Ivanković, Tara Bluu, Vahicabi, and Vuk Vukosavljević.

Various ticket packages for this year’s festival at Kastel Fortress are currently on sale and can be purchased via kupikartu.ba.

A Regular Festival Ticket is priced at 75 BAM, a VIP Festival Ticket costs 120 BAM, while the On Stage Festival Ticket is available for 200 BAM.

Festival organizers have also introduced special group offers through the “3+1” promotion. The 3+1 Regular package costs 225 BAM, the 3+1 VIP package is priced at 360 BAM, and the 3+1 On Stage package is available for 600 BAM, allowing four people to attend at a discounted price.
